2. Payment Terms
To ensure smooth event planning and execution, our payment terms are as follows:
Booking and Deposits
- Bookings can be made up to 6 weeks prior to the event.
- A deposit of 50% (covering pre-event administration) is required upon signing the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Deadlines
- Full payment must be made within 14 days of invoicing.
- All payments should be finalized at least 7 days prior to the event. Failure to meet this deadline will result in cancellation, and the full cost remains due.
Short-Notice Bookings
- For bookings made with less than 30 days’ notice, a 25% deposit is due immediately, with the remaining 75% payable no later than 7 days before the event.
Payment Transparency
- Payment terms for each preferred supplier will be shared in advance.
- ElimuHub requires advance payments to facilitate efficient planning and coordination.
- Discounts, commissions, or incentives may be offered to clients. We prioritize transparency and will disclose these upon request.
Our primary goal is to ensure you receive exceptional value for your investment.
3. Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate such instances, we offer the following cancellation policies:
Refunds
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made in writing at least 7 days before the event.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
Payment Transfers
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your payment to our next event at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original event.
Non-Attendance
- In the event of non-attendance without prior notification, you will be liable for the full cost of your booking.
Late Notifications
- If you fail to notify us of changes, cancellation charges will apply, and you may be charged for an additional place as a result.

- While ElimuHub coordinates with external suppliers, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third-party vendors.
